My entire career has been spent working in and with organizations that make a difference in the world around them.  Now, I am using that experience to help companies, groups and individuals who want to increase the impact they make on the world.  I get really excited about finding solutions to challenges and creating plans, presentations, training and programs that help promote forward movement for my customers.

I have a strong track record of starting programs from scratch and turning around programs that are experiencing challenges.  Applying strong analytical skills, I work to assess my customer’s challenges and put a plan in place to address them.  I can help you create systems to ensure that priorities are accomplished and the results keep you moving forward.  My leadership style is direct, inquisitive, and inclusive.
